Principal's Welcome

Welcome to the "small and mighty" Unionville Elementary School in Unionville, Indiana, part of the Monroe County Community School Corporation.  Unionville is proud to be an EARTH school, incorporating the Environment, Arts, Resources, Technology and Health into the curriculum and is an Indiana STEM certified school. Unionville is fortunate to be located on a beautiful campus, featuring wooded areas, a pond, flower and vegetable gardens, and an outdoor learning pavilion.

Unionville is over 100 years old with a rich history and sense of community. Our teachers and staff are welcoming, supportive, and devoted to fostering the growth of the "whole child" and cultivating a feeling that "everyone here cares about me".  In addition, we are fortunate to have partnerships with several organizations and individuals as well as many volunteers who help support our students' learning and development.

Unionville ARROWS are guided in the application of positive Attitude, Respect for themselves and the Earth, Responsible decision making, accepting Ownership, growth/mindset/Willingness to try and Safe behaviors.

I look forward to getting to know you and your student throughout this year and those to come. Feel free to contact me at 812-332-0175 or
